I have had the pleasure of meeting Dr. Mate and been a part of a few of his workshops. I love this book! Finally, a medical doctor who understands how the mind affects the physical body. In this book he talks about how our emotional wounding eventually shows up in the body, causing disease and illness. A must-read.

Movies

Directed by Frazer Bailey

Dr. Bradley Nelson, Creator of The Body Code System is apart of this magnificent movie (and the trailer too). In this film, you learn how emotions, fears and unprocessed life experiences are held in the body and typically the source of everything that ails us.

Heal

Directed by Kelly Noonan

Of all the movies I have watched about the mind-body connection, this one is my favorite. You will find it very inspiring and enlightening as you gain more understanding into how incredibly we are made- how the body always wants to heal itself and how our perception plays a pivotal part.
